Happy new year everyone!! I know that a lot of people have goals surrounding their health & fitness in the new year so I am here to give you a few reminders & advice when setting your goals this year:

Diets don't work, but balance does. The 80/20 rule, use of free meals, or macro tracking are better alternatives to the many fad diets you're going to see in your feed this week. These methods can help you make progress towards your goals without stressing about staying away from entire food groups, enjoying your social life, or avoiding your favorite foods.
