I’m doing a 6-week fat loss body recomp competition and I’m halfway through but my weight and muscle have stayed the same for a week and a half. I workout 4-5 days a week and I do weights + 20 min of cardio in zone 2. I eat healthy and I just adjusted my calories even lower. Is there something else I should be doing?
