Xbox game pass now on IOS!

Okay, so I've been absolutely hooked on Xbox Game Pass cloud gaming on my iPad, and I just had to share how I got it set up! For anyone curious about playing Xbox games on their Apple devices, whether it’s an iPad, iPhone, or even a MacBook, it’s surprisingly straightforward and offers incredible flexibility for gaming on the go. First off, the magic happens through your web browser, specifically Safari for Apple users. You don’t need a dedicated app, which is super convenient. The key is to head over to Xbox.com/play. Once there, you'll see the Game Pass cloud gaming interface. To make it feel like a native app, an awesome trick is to use the 'Share' icon in Safari and select 'Add to Home Screen.' This creates a direct shortcut on your device, letting you launch cloud gaming with a single tap, just like any other app! This setup works perfectly for tablets like my iPad and even on my MacBook via the Safari browser, turning any Apple device into a portable Xbox. My experience playing on the iPad has been fantastic. I primarily use an Xbox controller connected via Bluetooth, which offers a familiar console feel. The OCR from one of my images even shows a white Xbox controller paired with the iPad, highlighting those 'SMALL MOMENTS' of mobile gaming that make it so special. While you can use on-screen touch controls for many games, a physical controller definitely enhances the experience, especially for action-packed titles. It's truly a work in progress in terms of cloud technology, but what they've achieved is already great. The interface on the iPad is intuitive, making it easy to browse and launch games. It’s a fantastic way to enjoy high-quality console games without being tied to your TV or console.
