Overcoming Objections (No Time, No Money, No Skills)

I didn’t have money to invest when I started. Here’s what I did…

The money was tight, but I knew that waiting would cost me even more. I figured out how to work with what I had, and it is paying off. Don’t let no money stop you.

DM me “MAKE IT WORK” to learn how to get started with little to no initial investment.

From my own experience, the key is to focus on what you *do* have rather than what you lack. For example, even when funds are tight, there are plenty of no-cost ways to engage in exercise, such as walking, bodyweight workouts, or following free workout videos online. Time constraints can be managed by breaking activity into small, manageable segments, like 10-15 minutes a day, which can add up significantly over time. Skill gaps can also feel intimidating, but remember that everyone starts somewhere. Many skills related to fitness, job tasks, or personal development can be learned gradually through consistent effort and using free or low-cost resources available online or in your community. For instance, delivery driving or other gig economy jobs may not require upfront investment but build valuable experience and income. Another important mindset is to accept that progress might be slow initially, but consistency compounds results. I found that setting small, realistic goals helped me stay motivated even on days when circumstances were challenging. Also, seeking support from communities or mentors, like messaging someone who offers guidance (e.g., “MAKE IT WORK”), can provide both accountability and insight into overcoming obstacles. Lastly, being neurodivergent or facing other personal challenges does not have to be a barrier. Tailoring approaches to your unique needs and capacities can maximize success. Embracing a flexible, determined mindset and taking advantage of available resources can truly transform limitations into stepping stones.
