The first few days or even weeks can be discouraging because visible results may be minimal. However, what truly makes a difference is pushing past that initial phase when motivation dips. I found that embracing the mindset behind #noretreatnosurrender really helped me. It’s about understanding that meaningful change is uncommon among many who start but few who persist. Just like the phrase "uncommon among" implies, those who keep going despite hardships stand out. For example, during my 139 consecutive days of exercise and diet tracking, I noticed that my energy levels and focus improved gradually rather than instantly. Small daily victories accumulated into significant transformation over time. Another key aspect is setting realistic goals and celebrating consistency rather than perfection. Instead of expecting dramatic overnight success, I learned to value showing up every day, even on difficult days when progress felt slow. If you’re neurodivergent or juggling demanding roles, such as being a delivery driver, it’s especially important to honor your unique pace and celebrate every bit of commitment. Justice toward yourself means recognizing your effort mattering more than any temporary setback. In summary, consistency isn't about perfection but perseverance. Comment "NEVER QUIT" to affirm your readiness to embrace this journey and reap rewards that come with sustained dedication.
