Random TJ Maxx Haul
I had my second wedding dress fitting yesterday and decided to pop into TJ Maxx specifically for face mask. I love my nightly Sungboon Editor Deep collagen Mask and decided to pick some up since I am down to one. Here’s what I got:
1. Sungboon Editor Niacin-Vita C Brightening Mask: $14.99 I was too excited to find these in my local store. They really work with consistent use or at least they feel like they do.
2. MediAnswer Vita-Collagen Mask: $12.99 These were highly rated at Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s so I figured I would give them a chance
3. Japonesque Foundation Brush: $5.99 I love this brands brushes. They are super high quality and I needed a new foundation brush
4&5: Colourpop Eyeshadow Palettes: these were 2.50
Each and I am going to add these to my travel toiletry bag since I travel monthly (sometimes more) for work.
Finding good skincare at TJ Maxx can feel like a real treasure hunt, but honestly, it's totally worth it for the deals! I always make a beeline for the beauty section, especially if I'm looking to restock my favorite face masks or try something new without breaking the bank. It's truly one of my go-to spots for affordable luxury in my routine. When I'm hunting for face masks at TJ Maxx, I have a few tricks up my sleeve. First, you have to go often! Stock changes constantly, so what's there one day might be gone the next. Second, always check the expiration dates and make sure the packaging is sealed. You want fresh products, especially for skincare. I've found incredible brands like Sungboon Editor (their Niacin-Vita C Brightening Mask is a personal fave for that glow!) and MediAnswer's Vita-Collagen Mask, which I know are highly rated at fancier stores. It's like getting a little piece of luxury for a bargain price! Beyond just grabbing a good deal, I love how these masks fit into my routine. The Sungboon Editor Deep Collagen Niacin-Vita C Brightening Mask, for instance, has been a game-changer for evening out my skin tone and giving me a radiant boost. And those MediAnswer Vita-Collagen Masks? They feel so plumping and hydrating, perfect for when my skin needs an extra drink. I usually use a sheet mask after cleansing and toning, leaving it on for 15-20 minutes, then patting in the excess serum before my moisturizer. But it's not just face masks! TJ Maxx is a goldmine for all sorts of unexpected beauty finds. On my last trip, I even spotted a Brookstone Rechargeable Water Flosser – totally random for the beauty aisle, but what a score for oral health! And let's not forget the makeup. I've found so many amazing Colourpop Star Wars eyeshadow palette sets there, like the Darth Vader and The Mandalorian palettes. They're perfect for adding a fun pop to my travel toiletry bag, especially since I'm often on the go. It just goes to show, you never know what fantastic beauty gems you'll uncover at TJ Maxx if you take the time to explore!
