Making my own shower aromatherapy
This is such an easy project and so much more sustainable than just ordering from Amazon. Find somewhere local in your community where you can buy eucalyptus or lavender or pick some. I luck out to have my option of Trader Joe’s or at my local farmers market when it’s in season. Literally just take them arrange them and make sure it has the right scent you like, and then tie them together with wire, or even a hair tie! I always try and find a purpose for them in my house afterwards or compost them. 🫶🏻 #romanticizeyourlife #diy #springdecor
Creating your own shower aromatherapy is not only a fulfilling DIY project but also an excellent way to enhance your self-care routine. Aromatherapy has long been praised for its calming properties, especially when using essential oils from eucalyptus and lavender. Eucalyptus is known for its refreshing and invigorating scent, making it perfect for a revitalizing shower experience. Lavender, on the other hand, offers soothing qualities that can help reduce stress and anxiety. To get started, visit local farmers' markets or shops like Trader Joe’s to source fresh eucalyptus or lavender. These natural ingredients not only provide delightful scents but also reduce your carbon footprint compared to store-bought options. Once you have your herbs, simply arrange them to your liking and secure them with wire or a hair tie. This can be a fun way to personalize your bathroom decor while enjoying the benefits of aromatherapy. After use, consider repurposing the bundles around your home or composting them to keep your living space eco-friendly. Engaging in this craft contributes to a more sustainable lifestyle. Plus, experimenting with different arrangements allows for creativity, transforming your space into a fragrant haven that uplifts your mood! Whether preparing for a relaxing bath or a refreshing shower, these aromatic bundles can elevate your daily routine into a luxurious experience.
