My college morning routine!
My college morning routine! every morning when I wake up I first take my supplements.
B12 for energy throughout the day, vitamin c, and pre mense for period support (life changing). I find it easier to take them in the morning so I don’t forget later. Then, I typically go for a quick walk. Usually anywhere from 20-45 mins just to get the blood pumping!
I made my lunch which is ground beef, carrots, yogurt and granola. Purely Elizabeth is the best granola I have ever had!! She da 🐐
Then I made my breakfast. Which included 2 hard boiled eggs and some chopped up steak. Back to the usual 🙌🏻 loveeeee my high protein breakfast! 🍳 While I eat breakfast i usually drink my other supplement! This helps me detox and use the bathroom regularly! It’s been so helpful to drink.

Starting your college day with a well-rounded morning routine can greatly improve energy levels and overall health. Taking supplements such as B12 helps combat tiredness by supporting energy metabolism, while vitamin C strengthens the immune system. The Pre Mense supplement featured is specifically designed to provide period support, which can be life changing for many young women coping with menstrual discomfort. Incorporating a brisk 20 to 45 minute walk in the morning not only gets your blood circulating but also boosts mood and mental focus for the busy day ahead. Nutritionally, preparing meals like a high-protein breakfast consisting of hard boiled eggs and chopped steak can sustain satiety and muscle health, which is essential for college students balancing academics and physical activity. Including lunch items such as ground beef, carrots, yogurt, and organic granola (such as Purely Elizabeth’s blueberry granola) adds fiber, protein, and beneficial probiotics to support digestion. This pairing of supplements and nutrient-dense foods promotes regularity and detoxification, a vital aspect of maintaining wellness during college stress. Many students find taking supplements first thing in the morning helps form a consistent habit, reducing the chances of forgetting them later. Drinking detoxifying beverages alongside breakfast further aids in gastrointestinal regularity. Overall, this routine exemplifies a holistic approach toward college wellness by combining physical activity, mindful nutrition, and targeted supplement use to improve energy, mood, and bodily support throughout the day.
