I’ve found that sharing these feelings with friends or online communities who get it helps a lot too. Sometimes just knowing you’re not alone in the struggle lifts your spirits. And most importantly, remember to be kind to yourself — having a rough morning doesn’t define your entire day. With a heart full of faith and a positive outlook, the day can still turn out great.
