For me, it's usually a combination of accumulated fatigue from the start of the week and the looming thought of tasks still ahead. But here's what I've learned: acknowledging it is the first step. Don't beat yourself up for feeling it! Instead, let's pivot to some practical ways to reignite that spark. One of my go-to's is to start my Wednesday with a quick gratitude practice. It sounds simple, but taking just five minutes to list three things I'm genuinely grateful for completely shifts my mindset. It reminds me of the good in my life and fuels a positive outlook, making it easier to tackle challenges. Then, there's the 'stay focused' part. Sometimes, the sheer volume of tasks can be overwhelming.
