Pretty much Keto I did that diet a few yrs back I can tell you it works so fast in 3 months I lost all the water weight and fat, but you have to do it the right way, eating enough and exercise even a little. I lost like 20lbs the first 3months then 10 lbs more the following 3 months . I also lost my tits and ass lol 😭 all the fat was gone even in the right places
