Grogu is literally 50
and still just a tiny baby🥺💚
Having been a fan of The Mandalorian since its debut, I’ve always been intrigued by how Grogu manages to be both incredibly powerful and adorably tiny at the same time. Despite being literally 50 years old, Grogu is still very much a baby in terms of his development. This unique trait stems from his species, which remains officially unnamed in the Star Wars universe, simply referred to as "Yoda's species." One of the most fascinating things I’ve learned is how time works so differently for Grogu compared to humans. While 50 years might be mid-life for a human, it’s just the toddler phase for him. This explains why, even back in Season 1 when he lived at the Jedi Temple, Grogu was still a small child with remarkable potential. Grogu’s Force abilities are another highlight. From lifting giant creatures like the Mudhorn to sending Force signals across distances to Luke Skywalker, Grogu’s power is surprisingly advanced for his age. It’s amazing to see a character so young in years demonstrating Jedi capabilities that could one day make him a Jedi Master. I also enjoy the playful side of Grogu. He’s known for swallowing frogs whole, stealing blue macarons, and showing curiosity with the Mandalorian’s ship controls. These little antics add a touching, humanizing element to his character, making him relatable and deeply endearing. Overall, Grogu’s blend of mystery, power, and childlike innocence makes him a standout in the Star Wars saga. His journey reminds me that age isn’t always a measure of strength or maturity—sometimes, it’s just the beginning of a great adventure.
