When it comes to maximizing gym performance, fueling your body properly before and during workouts plays a crucial role. Based on my experience and research, consuming 90+ grams of carbohydrates along with a lean protein source before your workout ensures you have sufficient energy and building blocks for muscle repair. The addition of a PED5 inhibitor is valuable because it promotes vasodilation, increasing blood flow to muscles during exercise, which can improve endurance and pump. I also rely on a combination of supplements such as amino acid blends, ATP boosters like SR9011, GW-501, and others, which can enhance energy metabolism and delay fatigue. Electrolytes are vital too, especially when sweating heavily, to maintain hydration and muscle function. Including branched-chain amino acids (EAAs) and L-Carnitine supports muscle recovery and fat metabolism respectively. Incorporating these elements into my intra-workout regimen has helped me sustain higher intensity and train longer with improved recovery afterwards. While individual needs may vary, paying attention to pre- and intra-workout nutrition tailored to your goals will significantly impact your results. Remember, consistency and listening to your body are key to finding the perfect balance that works for you.
