Hey, I'm Kat, and I'm excited to be part of the Lemon8 community! As a dedicated triathlete and runner, my goal is to inspire others through my experiences. I believe in the joy of outdoor activities and the importance of fitness in our lives. Being a horse riding instructor allows me to connect with nature and foster a love for animals. Combining my passions, I also work as a personal trainer, helping others achieve their fitness goals. Whether you're looking to improve your endurance for running, enhance your triathlon skills, or just enjoy a horse ride, there's something for everyone in this vibrant community. Let’s come together, share our tips and experiences, and grow our Lemon8 team.
