This is actually my workouts that I did last week! I haven’t been to the gym for such a continuous time in so long. I do warm ups before all my workouts so let me know if you want to see those!

I truly enjoy working out- it’s hard sometimes but *you have time*. There’s just sacrifices you have to make sometimes. Can’t make it to the gym? Walk outside. It’s raining? Get a walking pad. That’s not feasible? Find a “no weight home workout video.” Tired? That will always be your excuse. You just have to do *something*

Midweek was dedicated to upper body workouts, integrating seated cable rows and dumbbell presses ensuring balanced muscle development. Listening to your body, especially on days when energy levels are low, is crucial. On Thursday, a lighter cardio session reminded me that any movement counts. Fridays initiated lower body strength training and I capped the week off with active rest due to travel. This approach to workouts ensures I'm enjoying my fitness journey while remaining adaptable to life's demands. Whether it's in the gym or at home, the goal is to always find a way to stay active. From quick home workouts with no weights to outdoor walks, the key is to create a sustainable routine that fits your lifestyle. Find what excites you about working out and keep pushing towards your fitness goals!
