God can use you in your healing but not when you are choosing to wound others from your pain or posting to fulfill an image or even to prove a point! You can post the most Godly message and still be speaking from the wrong heart and that is not from God. People might still be impacted, but if the heart behind it is not pure it is not Him. Ephesians 4:29 reminds us that our words should build up not tear down. Being hurt is real but it is not a license to hurt others. We went on such a beautiful long walk and left our headphones behind to talk and this is what we were talking about! #christiantiktok #christian #spirtualwarfare #healingjourney #ministry

... Read moreFrom personal experience, embracing a healing journey rooted in faith means constantly evaluating the intentions behind our words and actions. It's easy to fall into the trap of responding to past wounds by hurting others, sometimes unknowingly. However, choosing to speak and act from a place of love and sincerity can transform not only our own recovery but also inspire those we interact with. I recall a moment during a long walk without distractions when a deep conversation about spiritual warfare and healing unfolded naturally. This reminded me that healing involves more than physical or emotional recovery — it also requires spiritual vigilance and the deliberate choice to exalt kindness over revenge. The concepts of healing and hurting are closely linked; in fact, healing can be hindered if we allow unresolved pain to manifest in harmful ways towards others. In practical terms, applying Ephesians 4:29 encourages believers to assess every word for its potential to uplift. Even in ministry or platforms like Christian TikTok, where messages spread quickly, the heart behind the message matters most. True ministry and spiritual growth thrive when we resist using our testimonies or struggles to prove a point or fulfill an image, and instead share authentically to encourage and build community. Moreover, exalting God in our healing process means recognizing that our journey impacts others. It demands humility and honesty — allowing God to guide how and when we share our stories. This intentional approach creates a safe space for authentic healing, both individually and collectively, preventing the cycle where hurt leads to more hurt. By focusing on pure intentions, we align ourselves with God’s purpose and ensure our words are instruments of peace rather than pain.
