It’s so refreshing to go away and learn new things about yourself and relationships. I’ve learned how stress I make myself because I’m trying to make sure everything stays in order and my therapist said, to who’s standard? And it made me realize that I have set my bar a little too high and how often we mix our standards/expectations and make everyone meet that. After coming back, i was able to take a deep breath after realizing how tight of a grip I’m holding and finding ways to let go so I don’t loose myself and the joy I have in being a mom, a wife, a friend a daughter and a content creator.
