I’m obsessed with sushi bake 🍱

It’s honestly cheaper to make sushi bake than go buy platters of sushi. Of course you are a little limited to your options when doing a sushi bake vs authentic sushi but my goodness when I don’t got sushi money but still want that yummy sushi vibe.

I make salmon and crab meat, combine with cream cheese, kewpie mayo (you can use reg mayo too), soy sauce, a little worstechire sauce, siracha, and seasonings: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black or white pepper, and optional Cajun for some spice, then once you layer it over rice and bake it, you have a pan of cooked sushi casserole basically. You can eat it by itself, that’s what my hubby does but I like to spoon it on some split up seaweed sheets and roll it into a little seaweed taco, absolutely phenomenal.
