more outdoor walks
spending less on things I don’t need
more cooking at home
the color royal blue
going to the beach more often (I live here and barley go)
less starbucks/dunkin and more actual coffee shops
more weekend trips
outs:
less endlessly strolling
not taking days off
less fast food
waking up late
doing it “later”
over scheduling myself
skipping breakfast
