Waking up early 2024
Here’s how to become a morning person! 🐛⬇️
- Wake up around 5-8AM everyday!
- When you wake up stretch, hygiene, set intentions (pray).
- Do something that you LOVE! This will add love and light into your mornings and make it more encouraging to wake up early. This can be:
• Going to the gym
• Meditating
• Journaling
• Listening to your favorite playlist
• Drawing
• Learn a new breakfast meal
• Knitting
• Meal prep
⬆️ These can be healthy elements to implement if you don’t have any ideas for morning time encouragement.
- Be in bed by 9:30 PM ⬅️ ESSENTIAL TIP! This will allow you to get a nice rest, making it easier to build a routine of waking up early automatically.
- Don’t eat anything heavy (or anything for that matter) at least 2 hours before bed. ⬅️ This will make you feel light and easier to get out of bed.
- (I struggle with this) but no phone at least an hour before bed. This will help your eyes and brain while resting making it easier for you to actually go to sleep.
