how to have a - Productive Day -
I love love LOVE having productive days!
Productive days are so refreshing and fulfilling.
Who doesn’t want to feel accomplished and free of a busy to do list?! ☺️
Here are just a few ways to have a product day: 🏃🏾♀️
• Workout first thing in the morning or before bed! 💤
I love a good workout even if it’s 30 minutes. Working on my body is a great feeling and is a gem to my ideal productive day! 🤸🏽♀️
• Clean room / closet
We always clean and skim our room throughout the week. But when have you actually CLEANED your room or that closet you keep stuffing things in?? 👀 This will make a productive day so squeaky! 🫧
• Meal prep / cook a new dish
I’ve fell in love with cooking again and something about prepping for a whole work is BEAUTIFUL and stress free. 🍴
• Catch up on emails / book 💌
Emails can stack up so quickly so it is nice to at least dedicate 1 to 2 days throughout the week to work on your emails along with reading. Reading is extremely therapeutic and knowledge it’s nice to spend a few hours throughout your week in a book! 📚
To enhance your productivity, it's essential to establish a solid morning routine. Start your day with physical activity, whether it’s a brisk walk or a 30-minute workout. This not only energizes you but also sets a positive tone for the day ahead. Cleaning your space can greatly influence your productivity. A tidy environment reduces distractions, allowing for clearer thinking and increased focus. Schedule time to declutter and organize your room or workspace regularly. Meal prepping is another fantastic way to save time during the week. Spend a few hours on the weekend preparing meals in advance. This not only helps with healthy eating but also reduces the stress of daily cooking. Try new recipes to keep your meals exciting and nourishing. Lastly, dedicate specific time to manage your emails and catch up on reading. It’s easy for emails to pile up, so set aside dedicated time periods to clear your inbox. Reading can be an excellent way to relax and grow your knowledge base, making it an invaluable addition to your weekly routine. Remember, consistency is key to maintaining productivity!
