A while back I read you should eat at least 30 plants 🌱 a week .. so especially while I’m on a #caloriedeficit I pay attention to this.
This yogurt bowl 🥣 has chia seeds, strawberries 🍓, pumpkin seeds, blueberries 🫐 and so forth.
