What’s something little you are grateful for for.

#letschat Do you look 👀 for something daily to be grateful for ?

Recently, in one of the books 📚 I listened to they mentioned picking a few small and specific things daily to be grateful for. It helps change outlook.

So, as silly as this one ☝🏽 was … my new lip gloss that matched my favorite Runwaygrace.com shirt it was still a positive thought. 💭

Studies suggest that focusing on small, specific things we are thankful for each day can shift our mindset and promote positivity. For example, appreciating a simple moment such as wearing a favorite lip gloss that matches an outfit can bring joy and satisfaction. Engaging in this practice regularly encourages mindfulness and helps individuals cultivate a grateful heart. Each small win, no matter how trivial it may seem, contributes to a more profound sense of happiness and fulfillment. As you navigate through your week, take a moment to reflect on the everyday joys that uplift your spirit, such as the comfort of a cozy sweater, the warmth of a good cup of coffee, or the laughter shared with friends. These moments remind us that life is filled with beauty, and recognizing them can enhance our overall well-being. So, what little thing are you grateful for today? Start your own gratitude journey and feel the positive transformation unfold.

Something maybe small?.. I'm grateful for breathing haha. I recently got sick and had a stuffy nose all week. So I'm grateful I can breathe normally now without a runny nose or headache. Also grateful to have my blankets for this cold season

For me, it is a situation that God worked out for me this week with school. It seemed impossible at the time but with God all things are possible 🙏
