The tradition of the Bodhi crutch parade, or the "Saree crutch parade," is an ancient Lanna tradition held during Songkran (New Year City), where the villagers will take the crutches of the Bodhi tree to beautify the temple to sustain Buddhism and sustain the life horoscope.
