It is a small shop in one of the booths with delicious food, mother's taste, very delicious food. We and our friends watch each other without stopping. New dishes per dish may take time to cook, but it's worth the wait.
There are not many tables in 🪑 the shop. Only four tables. Reservations and pre-orders are recommended.
The menu we ordered
• Egg Fu-Dry Chicken Curry (100.-)
It's a menu that anyone goes to order. The peppers are roasted and fragrant. Eat with a hot omelette. Very delicious.
• Tom Yum Shrimp (160.-)
Give me four big shrimp, sour taste, mellow taste.
• Lemongrass snapper (160.-)
Very fresh fish. Very fried around. Topped with a sweet sauce. Lemongrass and fragrant.

Our price is not expensive compared to the taste, quantity and quality of food.
Let's make it one more store to go back to again. There are many more menus to try. I secretly saw the table next to it. I ordered a crispy morning glory. Very delicious. 🤩

จากประสบการณ์ของผมที่ได้ไปลองชิมครัวส้มหอมที่แพร่งภูธร ต้องบอกเลยว่าเสน่ห์ของร้านนี้ไม่ได้อยู่แค่ที่รสชาติอาหารเท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมถึงความใส่ใจในการปรุงที่ทำใหม่จานต่อจาน ซึ่งทำให้รสชาติของแต่ละจานคงความสดและเต็มเปี่ยมด้วยกลิ่นเครื่องแกงที่หอมมาก โดยเฉพาะไข่ฟู-แกงไก่แห้ง ที่ใช้พริกแกงคั่วสูตรเด็ดจนกลายเป็นเมนูขายดีที่ใครไปแล้วต้องสั่งตลอด ช่วยสร้างความประทับใจตั้งแต่คำแรกที่กิน สิ่งหนึ่งที่ผมอยากแนะนำสำหรับคนที่สนใจไปลองคือร้านมีโต๊ะไม่เยอะเพียง 4 โต๊ะเท่านั้น ทำให้บรรยากาศดูเป็นส่วนตัวและอบอุ่นมาก ๆ แต่ก็ส่งผลให้ควรจองโต๊ะและสั่งอาหารล่วงหน้า เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการรอที่อาจนานโดยไม่จำเป็น นอกจากนี้ เมนูต้มยำกุ้งของที่นี่ก็โดดเด่นด้วยการใส่กุ้งสดตัวใหญ่ถึง 4 ตัว รสชาติจัดจ้านเปรี้ยวกำลังดี รวมถึงปลากะพงเจี๋ยนตะไคร้ที่ทอดกรอบกำลังดี ราดด้วยซอสรสหวานอมเปรี้ยวและกลิ่นหอมตะไคร้ เพิ่มมิติของรสชาติอย่างลงตัว ถ้าใครชอบอาหารไทยรสชาติจัดจ้านในบรรยากาศร้านเล็ก ๆ ที่เต็มไปด้วยความตั้งใจในการทำอาหารแบบโฮมคุก ครัวส้มหอมเป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาด ทั้งนี้อย่าลืมเผื่อเวลารอกันบ้าง เพราะอาหารที่ปรุงอย่างพิถีพิถันนี้ต้องใช้เวลา แต่เชื่อว่าคุ้มค่ากับทุกนาทีที่รอแน่นอน และถ้าได้ไปอีกครั้ง ผมตั้งใจจะสั่งยำผักบุ้งกรอบที่เห็นว่าน่ากินมากจากโต๊ะข้าง ๆ ด้วย เพราะดูเหมือนว่าเมนูอื่น ๆ ในร้านยังมีอีกหลายอย่างที่น่าค้นหาและรอให้เราไปลิ้มลองจริง ๆ
