For me, that's my incredible Shirt Nerd Crew, and our monthly dinner club meetups are something I genuinely look forward to. Our January 17, 2025, dinner at Mellow Mushroom was a perfect example of what makes these nights so special. Mellow Mushroom, with its quirky, psychedelic vibe and delicious menu, always sets a fantastic stage. You could even spot a menu celebrating its 50 years, adding to the nostalgic charm. We always start with some appetizers, and this time, the Pretzel Bites with spicy beer cheese dip were an absolute hit – perfectly golden and just the right amount of kick! Seriously, if you haven't tried them, you're missing out. For the main course, I opted for 'The Sausagefest' calzone, and it did not disappoint. It was massive, packed with flavor, and oh-so-satisfying, especially alongside a side of marinara.
