January 19
Day 19
I spent the majority of today organizing and sorting stickers and catching up on my journal. Around 3 we headed to Coven Scouts where we sat around the shop and chatted while we all colored. Yep A group of adults sat around tables and colored our little hearts out. It was fun, it was relaxing, and it just felt oh so good to do. We grabbed tacos for dinner from our favorite taco truck. I was so hungry I ate them without taking a photo. Then I worked more on my journal.
Lazy Sunday was the laziest in the best way possible.
Coloring has emerged as a popular activity for adults, offering a playful escape that fosters mindfulness and relaxation. By engaging in creative pursuits like journaling and coloring, individuals can alleviate stress while tapping into their artistic side. Many communities have embraced this trend, organizing coloring sessions that cultivate social connections and provide a sense of belonging. Experiencing art in a shared space allows participants to unwind and express themselves freely. Don't forget to explore the benefits of journaling as well, which can enhance mental clarity, track personal growth, and reflect on experiences over time. Popular hashtags such as #SundayFunday and #CovenScouts can connect you with similar enthusiasts and inspire you to share your creative journey.
