TRUST GOD'S PROCESS 🙏🌿🙏

... Read moreIn my own journey, I've found that trusting the process—especially when it involves healing and spiritual growth—requires us to stop feeding what harms us. The OCR quote, "You can't keep feeding the unwanted and expect them to go away," truly resonates with my experiences. Whether dealing with emotional wounds, physical illnesses, or negative thought patterns, continuing to nurture those issues only prolongs their presence in our lives. What has helped me immensely is embracing a mindset of surrender and faith. Trusting God's process means understanding that healing isn't always immediate or comfortable. Sometimes, what feels like setbacks are actually the body and spirit recalibrating to shed old toxicity—be it physical sickness or mental despair. Additionally, I've noticed how important it is to replace harmful habits and thoughts with nurturing alternatives. This aligns with the wisdom shared about not making sicknesses comfortable. Instead of clinging to unhealthy patterns, consciously choosing practices like meditation, prayer, or herbal remedies can create an environment where healing thrives. It's also critical to acknowledge that each person's process is unique. Comparing your journey to others can create unnecessary frustration. Trusting the divine timing, combined with proactive self-care and spiritual openness, fosters resilience and profound transformation. Ultimately, trusting God's process is about patience, faith, and purposeful action. By refusing to feed the unwanted and instead cultivating peace, love, and health, we align ourselves with a higher path of restoration and growth.
