Cozy Crock Pot Chicken & Biscuits

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast (3)

2 cans of cream of chicken

2 cans of cream of celery

low sodium chicken broth

Frozen peas & carrots

Frozen corn

Smoked paprika

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Pepper

Buttermilk biscuits (2)

Potatoes (optional)

Directions:

Step 1:

Dice chicken breasts into approximately 1 inch cubes and place into crockpot. Add botch cans of cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and frozen veggies. Pour 2 cups chicken broth over ingredients and mix everything together. Add all of your seasonings to your desire, may need to add more once you are able to taste test. Stir.

Step 2:

Place lid on and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-5 hours. Stir occasionally.

Step 3:

Once it gets close to eating time😋 cook biscuits according to package.

Potatoes 🥔

Step 1:

Wash & peel russet potatoes. Dice into 1-2 inch chunks. Place into pot with water and 2 tablespoons of salt, then boil for 20-25 minutes or until “forkable”😆

Step 2:

Drain potatoes then put back into pot to keep warm.

Step 3:

Melt 1/2 a stick of unsalted butter with a tablespoon of parsley and pour into potatoes. Mash.

Step 4: Slowly add milk until desired fluffiness is reached. Add salt and pepper. (You can also use a hand mixer for extra whipped potatoes, but we like small chunks).
