Once we hit Panama City, the options for fun felt endless. Beyond just cruising 'The Strip' and enjoying the ocean breeze, we looked for some cool spots. If you're into live music and a lively atmosphere, checking out places like Tootsie's Orchid Lounge on Panama City Beach is a must. It’s got that classic honky-tonk vibe right by the sand, perfect for unwinding after a long ride. For some breathtaking views or if you enjoy fishing, a stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier is perfect. Watching the sunset from there was truly magical, and you can even spot dolphins sometimes! If you're looking to stretch your legs off the bike, areas like the Lynn Haven Conservation Park offer some fantastic hiking trails. And for fellow riders or cyclists, exploring the various Panama City bike trails is a great way to see more of the area at a slower pace. I loved seeing the different parts of Southern Alabama and Florida along our route.
