Today I’m taking y’all back. Way back to 1997 when my love affair with Bath and Body Works began. The first time I followed the fruity, floral aroma and walked right on in to my favorite guilty pleasure. Shopping and perfume. Feeling like I just walked up the stair way to Heaven. So excited to smell every scent trying to figure out which one I liked the best. I remember Pearberry stood out, Freesia, Country Apple, Plumeria, Juniper Breeze and Vanilla Bean were also some of the other scents they made at that time.
Sweet Pea is a very sweet scent. It definitely has a younger person vibe. I wore this during high school but even then it felt a little childish. But it’s so nostalgic for me. My little cousins were obsessed with Sweet Pea. So now when I wear it brings me back to childhood and how bossy I was with them and how they looked up to me. Excuse me while I get into my feelings for a moment. 🥹 Scent is the strongest sense tied to memories.
This is my inoffensive scent combo perfect for the office, church and chilling at home. I think that my use of Burberry Her EDT elevates SP. Burberry Her EDT has different notes than the OG. It has Pear and we all know how much I love Pear scents. Bonus because it has Peony and Pink Pepper which is my favorite scent combo. Awhile back I got a sample pack of all the Her flankers. They have the OG Her Intense, Her London Dream, Her Elixir, Her Blossom and Her Petals. The Intense which happened to be my favorite of these got discontinued. Last year they came out with another Intense version but IT IS NOT THE SAME! Try them out for yourself and let me know what y’all think especially if you like Her London Dream. Y’all be blessed
