Nest Wild Poppy Bath and Body Works Poppy

T.G. I.F Y’all,

Currently on Day 6 of the #minisneedlovetoo Challenge. Today is the first day of Spring and my combo is the perfect start for the floral fruity season. I’m combining 2 BBW scents that I’m very fond of Poppy and Imperfect Beauty. Which are supposed to be dupes for my 3rd favorite fragrance Perfect. The 2 fragrances smell similar like cousins but not sisters. LOL 😂 This combo is the epitome of Spring, beautiful floral notes of poppy, rose and geraniums. Supported by juicy pear and rhubarb. Together they make for a pretty, flirty and sweet aroma. Not a powerhouse but you’ll definitely call attention. What’s your favorite Spring Combo? I hope y’all have an amazing weekend 😘

... Read moreSpring is the ideal season to experiment with layering fragrances that capture the essence of renewal and fresh blooms. I recently tried combining Bath and Body Works Poppy and Imperfect Beauty, alongside the Nest Wild Poppy perfume, and the result was enchanting. These scents bring together vibrant floral notes like poppy, rose, and geraniums balanced with juicy touches of pear and rhubarb, creating a light yet noticeable aroma perfect for daytime wear. From my experience, layering these fragrances offers a playful complexity that evolves throughout the day. It’s not overpowering but invites compliments thanks to its sweet and flirty character. Pairing these with complementary body care products like Dove Hydration Boost Body Wash and Fenty Skin Hey Bouquet Body Mist further enhances the freshness and longevity of the scent. Interestingly, the combination of these fragrances mimics some of the high-end niche scents while remaining affordable and accessible. For those who love floral fruity fragrances but want a unique twist, this layering approach provides that signature spring vibe. The inclusion of natural notes such as rhubarb adds an unexpected tartness that keeps the blend lively. If you enjoy fragrance layering, consider experimenting with different ratios to find your perfect balance. Prep your skin well with hydrating lotions or oils like Being Frenshe Dessert Rose Body Oil before application to lock in scent and moisture. Sharing your favorite Spring fragrance combos can inspire others to create their seasonal signature scents. What floral fruity blends do you love for Spring?
