Early Birthday Presents
Y’all I have been eyeing Elizabeth since Christmas and have wanted to get Fayora Ochino since it dropped. Well I was fortunate to have a Step Dad that has officially began aiding my perfume infatuation. He gifted these to me a head of my upcoming birthday and I was so grateful.
Fayora Ochino 8.5/10
This is a very unique fragrance it doesn’t remind me of any other fragrance and I don’t have anything in my collection that is similar. It’s beautiful fresh slightly aquatic, a little bit sweet and a tiny bit floral. It bring a ton of freshness and you can definitely pick up on the fruitiness. The color of the bottle would suggest that it’s more aquatic but to me it’s more fruity floral. I like it a lot and I’m curious to see if after some maceration will the scent change any.
Gulf Orchid Elizabeth 5/10
Now this on was a little bit of a disappointment. I had really expectations for Elizabeth. May be the reason why I never got it was because I didn’t know how strong the orange blossom and jasmine would be. Those notes are pretty prominent. Elizabeth is a heavy hitter. Long lasting and hard to get rid of. It’s not for me. I may give her some time to mature and come back to her. For now it’s a no.
