it trains your fears…

“If she says this, she’s cheating.”

“If he does that, he’s already gone.”

Maybe it doesn’t apply… but now it’s in your head. And if you’re already hurting or anxious, you start watching your relationship through fear instead of truth. A lot of this content isn’t education. It’s rage bait. Fear drives views. Views drive money. So please don’t let a 15 second clip rewrite your reality or convince you something is wrong when context matters. Protect your peace. Be mindful of what you consume.
