A part of my job as a social media girlie for MP🫶
One part of my job as a social media girlie for mindprint.. aka. Posting things that help people actually understand themselves 🧠🧠
I post regularly on TikTok, Instagram and lemon8 and…
What it looks like :
- posting career memes
- writing captions in cute fonts
- vibing
What it actually is:
- studying gen z work struggles
- turning research into relatable content
- designing posts that feel fun but teach something real.
What I ask myself before posting:
Will someone feel seen by this? Will it help them feel less alone in their career confusion? Would I have saved this two years ago?
So here’s the thing, it’s not just about posting cute graphics, I spend hours figuring out why people feel stuck in their careers, why gen z is rejecting hustle culture, why “follow your passion” is kind of a trap. And how people can actually find alignment without throwing their whole life away.
Then I turn ALL of that into content that feels fun, even if it’s deep, because most of us don’t need more advice, we need to feel seen.
That’s what MINDPRINT is all about, it’s for career clarity, it’s built for people like us. Your actual patterns.
The part of my job is I am always trying to capture a feeling that people don’t know how to name, like the frustration of having NO idea what career fits you, or the guilt of wanting something different than what you studied. Because I HAVE been through that.
I spend hours analyzing Reddit threads and patterns in dms and quiz responses and reflecting on my own burnout and career pivots.
It’s more psychology than marketing sometimes. More therapy than strategy 🥰💓👯♀️
In today's fast-paced world, many individuals—especially Gen Z—struggle to find their footing in careers that resonate with their true selves. With more people rejecting traditional hustle culture, the quest for career clarity has never been more important. This article delves into how social media can be a powerful tool in fostering understanding and connection among those navigating career confusion. The foundation of my work involves studying the intricate dynamics of Gen Z's relationship with their careers. By analyzing online discussions, patterns, and personal experiences, I aim to transform research into relatable content that feels both enjoyable and meaningful. On platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Lemon8, I share career memes and engaging visuals designed not just to entertain, but also to educate. The ultimate goal is to create posts that resonate with those feeling lost in their professional paths, allowing them to recognize that they are not alone in their struggles. Understanding the psychological aspects of career choices is crucial. Many young adults feel pressure to pursue paths based on societal expectations or previous studies, which can lead to burnout and dissatisfaction. My focus is on helping others discover their authentic career alignments without sacrificing their well-being. Through thoughtful content creation, I encourage individuals to explore their work patterns, identify their unique talents, and connect those with potential career paths. Resources such as quizzes, reflective questions, and shared personal experiences offer a comprehensive approach toward achieving career clarity. Ultimately, my mission is to ensure that those encountering career confusion can find inspiration, validation, and the tools needed to navigate their journeys successfully. Whether through humor, relatability, or education, there's a wealth of supportive content available that champions a more fulfilling and aligned career pathway.
