My Herbal Tea Journey ☕️🧋🍂
I have recently lost 20 pounds, resulting from the many lifestyle changes that I made 2 months ago!! One was letting go of sodas, sweet tea, fruit juices, & coffee… basically all of my favorite things to drink. But I was drinking my weight!
•
So I went on a journey to find something that I enjoy, but something that will also detox & renew my body.. HERBAL TEAS 🍂
I do use honey, organic agave, and Splendas in these teas to sweeten them up and a splash of oatmilk in some!

When I first started my herbal tea journey, I was overwhelmed by the sheer variety out there! It felt like a treasure hunt to find the perfect blends that not only tasted good but also supported my wellness goals. My first tip for creating a great herbal tea selection is to think about what you want to achieve. Are you looking for something to help you relax before bed, or a morning boost without the caffeine crash? I personally gravitated towards detoxifying blends and those that support metabolism, which really helped with my weight loss journey. Don't be afraid to experiment with different types – some of my favorites include peppermint for digestion, chamomile for calming, and ginger for a warm, invigorating kick. I also love trying unique fruit and vitamin C blends, especially those green tea infusions that promise immune support. It's like a mini health boost in every cup! When I'm at the store, I always check the ingredients list. Opt for organic whenever possible, and look for teas with natural, recognizable ingredients. I've found that high-quality tea boxes and tins often indicate a better product, and they also look lovely on display! Don't forget to consider both loose leaf and tea bags – I keep a diverse selection of both. Sometimes, there's nothing better than a quick steeped tea bag in a cozy mug, but for a truly luxurious experience, loose leaf can't be beaten. Now, let's talk about displaying your beautiful herbal tea collection! For me, a well-organized tea corner makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I love using clear glass jars for my loose-leaf teas so I can see the vibrant colors and aromas. For tea bags, I've found that small, decorative tea boxes or even a dedicated drawer organizer work wonders. You know those lovely tea boxes and a tin you see in specialty stores? You can recreate that vibe at home! Placing them on a kitchen counter, perhaps next to your favorite mug and that agave-based liquid sweetener, creates an inviting setup. It's not just about storage; it's about creating a little ritual space. Keeping them in a cool, dark place away from strong odors is key to maintaining their freshness and flavor. A diverse selection of teas, beautifully displayed, makes me excited to brew a new cup each day, and it's a constant reminder of my commitment to wellness. It’s amazing how a simple change in my drink choices, supported by a beautiful display, has truly transformed my daily routine and helped me embrace a healthier lifestyle.
