At random I have picked

1. Complete a fitness challenge

- I put the push up challenge because I thought it would a good wake up starter.

2. 2 liters of water a day.

- I don’t drink on the regular so if I complete a month then I will say that I have completed the challenge.

3. I have started walking more but I’m not reaching 10,000 steps since I’m just starting out.

By the end of the month I want to see if I can reduce some back fat, face fat, clear my skin, and practice consistently.
