I really just wanted somewhere I could express myself and put my poetry out there as well as my art and crochet that I do. As a college student an arts, college student at that things get busy and I want to have somewhere I can post in the middle of the night when I’m at my peak! My first piece, “Baptism Pool”, dives deep into the feeling of being overlooked and left behind, but still holding onto the hope of renewal. It reflects on the journey of self-doubt, pain, and the quiet moments of rising again, even when no one is watching. Sometimes, we carry the weight of others’ expectations, but in the end, it’s about finding strength in faith and ourselves. This one is personal, but I hope it resonates with anyone who’s felt unseen yet still believes in their own healing 💫🖤
