To start, you'll need a Mason jar with a mesh top, which allows airflow while keeping the seeds contained. Rinse your chosen seeds thoroughly and soak them overnight in water. The next day, drain the water, rinse again, and place the jar upside down at an angle to enable excess moisture to escape. After a couple of days, you’ll see your seeds begin to sprout. Rinse and drain them 2-3 times a day to keep them hydrated. Within a week, you’ll have delicious sprouts ready to enjoy! Whether you're looking to enhance your salads or add a crunchy texture to your meals, home-grown sprouts offer a fresh and healthy option.
