Here are 10 test guessing techniques (take a little time to think about, but increase the chances of being right). Fits an A-Level 📚✏️
1. Cut the wrong choice first.
If you cut one or two, the chance of guessing correctly increases immediately.
2. Choose the most "reasonable" looking choice.
The exam often doesn't issue too harsh an answer.
3. If the choice is very similar, there is usually an answer in it.
For example, B and C are similar, which means that there may be one real solution.
4. Longer answer, maybe cheap
Because you have to explain the full details.
5. Look at the key words in the problem
Like "always / every time / none at all" is often a fool.
6. Use other aids
Some verses contain information or hints in other verses.
7. Be careful of answers that look too easy.
The exam often hides the point to think.
8. If guessing, guess with a pater.
Such as choosing B or C often (statistics are often in the middle).
9. Do not change the answer if not really confident.
The first answer is often cheaper.
10. Do not leave empty
Guess there's still a chance of being right, but not answering = 0%.
