While it might mean slightly less high-tier loot, it drastically reduces the risk of an immediate elimination. Focus on quickly gathering basic weapons, shields, and enough materials to defend yourself. Always be aware of your surroundings; sound cues are your best friend. I've learned the hard way that rushing into a fight unprepared is a surefire way to get 'ELIMINATED' before you even have a chance to shine. Moving into the mid-game, my focus shifts to smart rotations and resource management. Don't just run across the open map! Use natural cover, build simple structures for protection, and always keep an eye on the storm circle. I try to position myself near the edge of the safe zone, but not too close to get caught by players rotating in late. Collecting extra materials is key – you never know when you'll need to build your way out of a sticky situation or create an advantage during an 'ELIMINATION' attempt. Maintaining full health and shields is a priority, so always carry healing items and use them whenever safe. The late game is where the pressure really builds, and this is where strategic thinking pays off. High ground is almost always an advantage, so if you can secure it, do so. Pay close attention to enemy positions and try to predict their movements. I find that being patient and letting other players thin each other out can be incredibly effective. Don't engage in every fight, only pick the ones you're confident you can win or that give you a strategic advantage.
