... Read moreWhen I was just two years old, I experienced something unimaginable—I drowned. My lungs filled with water, my heart stopped, and doctors believed I was gone. After three intense days in the hospital, something incredible happened—I came back. This near-death experience has since shaped my entire life and creative journey. The sensation of barely surviving haunts me yet fuels my art and storytelling. It’s a fine line between silence and chaos, the edge where life is fragile and every breath is a fight. Years after that traumatic event, water found me again in another close call, but each time I have come back louder, stronger, and more determined. Such experiences teach the true value of life and resilience. Many who face similar traumatic events find that their outlook on life shifts dramatically. The trauma and survival instill a deep emotional intensity that often becomes a source of inspiration and creativity. In my case, music and artistic expression have been outlets to explore and share the struggle and emotion tied to those moments. Survival stories like mine remind us how fragile and precious life is. Nearly drowning is a life-changing event that can leave lasting effects both physically and emotionally, including post-traumatic stress and anxiety around water. Yet overcoming these fears is a powerful testament to human resilience. Sharing my story, tagged #twiceunder and #myjourney, is not just about recounting near tragedy but also about inspiring others who fight their own battles—whether with health, trauma, or personal hardship. The emotional music and alt artist communities help me connect with others who understand the intersection of struggle and creativity. If you’ve faced a similar ordeal or feel like you’re barely hanging on, know that survival is possible. You can come back louder, just like I did. This story is about embracing that strength, the raw emotions, and turning pain into creation—reminding us all that even at the edge, life can prevail and inspire.
