do note i love toys and plushies so my house has plushies everywhere and as u can see popmarts ☺️
My house theme is scandiavian, is a 4 room BTO project at hougang. we just moved in officially on 12 August 2025. The project took 2 months to complete due to me and my husband indecisiveness.. we could had completed earlier but ohwells.
The overall budget for this house as per photos, we wanted to make the house a comfortable and cozy theme when we head back home we wanted to feel relax. So we went with this theme.
Honestly most of the renovation process was diccussed more with my ID and husband 🙃 i just sat down and helped with minor stuffs HAHAHAHAH. leave it to the hubby!
i really love my home theme because is cozy. And we did the house within a budget. If yall are curious, for carpentry works (whole house) & electrical works (for the entite house), we spend SGD $37K for the whole house which was within our ideal budget🥰
i personally love the most is my display cabinet for my baby popmarts and collection HAHAH. spend a whopping 2.6k to customized this but is so worth :)
Our furniture we spend $25K SGD for the whole house so total renovation cost we spend was about $62K which is still within a budget.

i personally like my ID alot where i think the first meetup when i met up with him he was really transparent with the prices and everything. Most of all, he doesnt MIA what🙂 alot id nightmare horror stories here which i know lol. But my id was responsive throughout the process. Hes open to feedback and improving things for the house renovation too. He would help us to inform his contractors to rectify the issues as fast as he can also. I personally enjoyed my renovation process with him and he even explained to me (as a person who has 0 knowledge on reno) on things. Im glad mostly hes not a nightmare ID. vibes were it and everything was ok ☺️ in the end project was handover nicely.
$37K budget for 4 room BTO project with an ID. never thought it was do able but it is!
