This might sound bad but…

3/28 Edited to

... Read moreAs a mom, especially to twins, I’ve often felt the need to constantly be 'on,' attending to every call, need, or meltdown without pause. It’s exhausting and, frankly, overwhelming. But what I’ve learned over time is that wanting quiet or space doesn’t make me a bad mom—it makes me human. Having moments of solitude or a quick pause to catch my breath actually helps me be a better parent. It’s an opportunity to recharge mentally and emotionally, so when I return to my kids, I’m more patient, present, and loving. Many moms feel guilty about these feelings because society often expects mothers to be endlessly available and self-sacrificing, but this simply isn’t sustainable. I’ve found community among fellow struggling moms, exhausted moms, and especially those managing life with multiple little ones. Sharing our frustrations, challenges, and small victories under hashtags like #strugglingmomma, #exhaustedmom, and #twinmom has been validating and comforting. If you’re a mom feeling this way, know that it’s okay to want space. Listening to your needs and honoring your limits doesn’t diminish your love or dedication. It strengthens your ability to care for your family in the long run. Embrace those quiet moments—they are not a sign of failure but a testament to your resilience and humanity.

- Love is Cute, but Dirty Dishes aren’t. 🫧💓🍽️
Since moving in with my boyfriend, our relationship shifted in ways I wasn’t ready for. Before, we’d see each other a few times a week, and everything felt fun and exciting—planned-out dates, sleepovers, little surprises. Now it’s everyday life. And when you go from “weekend couple” to “roo

Is this a major red flag or just a bad habit?
I had to leave a relationship because the guy never tipped. He would always pay for me and was genuinely nice, but every single time we went out, he either didn’t tip at all or would leave just a dollar or two. I started wondering if it was just a bad habit or if it was a sign of something deeper…

Your anger might actually be wisdom.
Women are often taught that anger means something is wrong. That we’re being emotional. Overreacting. Dysregulated. But anger is actually a boundary emotion. It shows up when something inside you recognizes that a line has been crossed… or that something in your life needs to change.
