What a humbling experience to start from scratch, in a foreign land, with zero experience 🥲
Inner work starts from within, and I am glad to have taken this step in 2025 to explore the less discovered, and walk the path less trodden.
🤗 Being homesick means I’m lucky enough to have people, places and memories that I love at home. And I also take comfort in knowing that home will and always has been, waiting for me to go home ❤️
Taking a leap into the unknown is never easy, especially when it means leaving behind familiar places and faces. As a young person navigating life in 2025, I've learned that staying true to yourself and embracing national talent needs can guide your growth and success. Embracing challenges has helped me grow personally and professionally, reminding me that every setback is an opportunity to learn. Despite the excitement of exploring new destinations, reality often differs from expectations, like missing home-cooked meals or feeling the chill of unexpected cold weather on nature hikes. These moments made me realize the value of staying connected through group chats and cherishing the support system I have back home. By reflecting on what truly matters and fostering determination, I've found strength in vulnerability. National talent initiatives encourage young people to pursue their passions and contribute meaningfully, which resonates deeply as I carve my own path.
