Sunday Dinner at my House

Pappardelle Pasta mixed with my Beef Ragu is what’s on my menu tonight.

Ragu has beef and all the usual suspects in it. Onion, Garlic, Celery, Carrots, Chianti (red wine), Beef Bone Broth, Tomato Paste, Crushed Tomatoes and S n P. Meat cooked I. The sauce for three hours.. Tonight’s flavors are on point.❤️
