Holding Space for Your Emotions

🌙 Most of us were never taught how to sit with our emotions. Only how to silence, rush through, suppress, or avoid them. But your feelings aren’t inconveniences; they’re sacred messengers, carrying wisdom and truth your body can’t always put into words.

✨Holding space for your emotions doesn’t mean fixing them or forcing them away. It means being present with yourself with compassion even when it feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar. Because when your feelings are witnessed, YOU are witnessed.
