What you will need
•Chicken Breast, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, creole seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, black pepper, minced garlic, butter, chicken broth and two lemon.
~First we are going to clean our chicken with vinegar , lemon, salt and water.
~Once chicken is clean pat dry.
~Next we are going to season our chicken. Season your chicken to your liking.
~ Now we are going to add a little oil to the pan and sear chicken on both sides for 5 minutes. (DO NOT COOK ALL THE WAY)
~ Set chicken aside. And add 3 tablespoons of butter and garlic until fragrant approximately 2 minutes.
~ Now we are going to juice 1 lemon and add to the garlic and butter. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and scrap the bits from the chicken.
~ Cut up some lemon pieces and add it to the pan
~ Add your chicken back to the pan simmer for 15-20 minutes and serve with whatever sides you would like.
