It's important to do stuff FOR YOURSELF. Recharge you energy, mind and body by doing things that make you feel incredible. Things like going out on a hike, kayaking, camping, traveling, or things like going to the book store with a coffee and spending hours finding good reads to bring home. Whatever true happiness looks for YOU, make sure to schedule it in DAILY. You are important and this is YOUR life ...don't live daily for everyone else but not yourself. Life is a gift and you deserve the best life. We all struggle and fall off sometimes but we can always create a better future for ourselves if we believe it for ourselves. I say to Pray on it and to give your desires, fears, worries, stresses, gratitude all to the Lord and let Him open doors for you that you're i dreamt of. You've got this.
