Shower Routine+ Favs🩷🚿

#everythingshowerroutine #lemon8challenge I never really used to understand the importance of having a multitude of products for skin and body care until I got older. I am now obsessed with making sure that I have the best skin care and body care possible. I love love love love stimulating my hair follicles with a shower scalp massager. I like doing this when I have conditioner sitting in my hair so that I can also use it to comb out any tangles I have before rinsing out my conditioner and also recycle the conditioner throughout my hair ensuring the softest possible results. I also like to use lip scrubs, multiple different body washes and body scrubs to get the best exfoliation and scents possible. I love having options and you will see that as you slide through each photo of the products I posted. it's also important to have a facial cleanser that leaves you feeling like you're being pampered when you're in the shower. so my family is really big on the cerave foaming facial cleanser. Make sure that you guys check out each individual product and save this post so you can refer back to it later. You can use any of these products in any order, but I always tell my kids to rinse off, wash their hair, put their conditioner in and then while the conditioner soaks in your hair you should be doing all the other stuff.

The more you invest in self-care, the happier and healthier you will be. follow me for more🙂

... Read moreOver time, I’ve realized that a well-rounded shower routine can truly transform your skin and hair health. Incorporating a scalp massager while your conditioner is soaking not only helps detangle hair gently but also stimulates hair follicles, encouraging a healthier scalp environment and potentially promoting hair growth. The sensation of massaging naturally boosts blood flow and leaves my scalp feeling refreshed. In my experience, switching between different body washes and scrubs adds variety and ensures my skin gets the attention it deserves. For example, using the Tree Hut Cotton Candy body scrub gives a sweet scent and thorough exfoliation that really smooths the skin. Alternatively, the Vanilla Shea Sugar Scrub nourishes deeply, perfect for dry or rough patches. Facial care in the shower is just as essential. I love the Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser because it effectively removes excess oil without stripping the skin’s barrier. Pairing this with exfoliating gloves once a week intensifies the smoothness by removing dead skin cells more thoroughly. Finally, locking in moisture post-shower is crucial. I always end my routine with a rich lotion like eos Shea Better Body Lotion, which offers deep hydration and soothing protection thanks to its blend of nourishing oils and butters. Investing time and effort in these small steps makes a big difference in how I feel—happier, healthier, and more confident in my skin. I recommend experimenting with different product combinations to find what works best for you. Don’t be afraid to adjust the order or swap items to keep your routine fresh and enjoyable!
